Well, its started. The Annual time of being constantly on the go... sorry, that should be the 6 weeks summer holidays has begun and we've started it with a bang and a heatwave
Monday saw us out in the water with one of the helping hands groups, before taking another group out for a meal they had fund raised for.
Tuesday saw us start our phoenix construction scheme team build begin with some team challenges and rock climbing (non got higher than the temperature though haha)
Wednesday was a very hot day at flamingo land with the parents group, never has a worker wanted to be splashed by seals so much.
Thursday saw a very hot day at Beamish with another group who enjoyed walking around and learning about the history.
Today has been a day of catch ups and detached, preparing for the next week of activities and excitement.
Alongside all this we also have been doing our usual one to one work, crisis support and day to day work.
if this week is a taste of things to come, then its going to be a very busy (yay) summer... now where's the coffee
