Week £, residential

(to the tune of Bon Jovi) Whoa Whoa, we're half way there, Whoa Whoa,...

well, residential week has been and gone and with it marks the half way going of our hectic summer.

This week saw a total of 22 young people visit Daleby House in Beadnell.

to go into the details of each day would take a lot of time and energy, and having just spent 5 days doing residentials, an overview will have to suffice.

so... this week the 22 young people have experienced a number of activities, including kayaking, sand sledging, Alnwick Castle, rock painting, swimming in the sea, beach walks, sand castles and beach fun. they have visited some of the best fish and chip shops in the world (in my opinion). There have been chances to have really valuable discussions about a number of topics, and most importantly, it has given young people a chance to get away, which they might not have had the chance to do.

And just when you thought we couldn't get busier... on top of that we have also had a group to a games room and the construction group doing archery and air rifle shooting
