The staff and young people of Phoenix DYP would like to express our heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the people of Utoeya, Oslo , and all of Norway after the recent tragic events. Following an immensley rewarding exchange to Norway our impression and memory of the norwegian people is as being peacefull , warm-hearted and welcoming. We would like to wish the whole country well as they recover from recent days.
