Two of the Helping Hands groups chose creative activities for their Christmas session. Both groups used local businesses for these sessions.
One of the groups worked with Gail from Happy Planet Creative Arts to make their own felt snowmen and robin baubles, which look amazing and some of the group had time to start making their own designs. Gail was fantastic in supporting the group and we are hoping to work with her again next year to create a group art piece for PDYP. http://www.happyplanetcreativearts.org.uk.
Pots and Pancakes has been a favourite destination for many years with various groups from PDYP. One of the Helping Hands groups painted their own festive pottery. The photo is of the pieces pre kiln....we can't wait to see what they look like when they have been glazed and fired.
