Helping Hands Resi

The New Thursday Helping Hands group went on a overnight residential to the Kingsway Centre in Midleton In Teesdale. While there they got the chance to do a range of activities including, raft building, caving and archery. They also got to make their own pizza's and cupcakes as well as play monopoly. Below are some of the things the group enjoyed and got to experience:

Getting to know people
sleeping somewhere different
Fun trip
New experiences
Good opportunity to share things
Getting to work as a team
getting away from stress and a chance to relax
opportunity of a lifetime
it brought people out of their shells
A chance to learn new skills
It was out in the pen
"raft building was har and challenging but fun and made us all work together"
"rifle shoting and archery were very fun and we learned how to do them in the correct way"
"caving was scary for most of us but we faced our fears and did it"
