World Mental Health Day

mental health

Today is World Mental Health day and at Phoenix DYP we feel strongly about supporting young people with their mental health and well being. We offer one to one support to young people as well as group support via our Helping Hands groups which we run in partnership with Connexions, North Tyneside.

If you feel you need more specialised mental health support we will help you access this.

On Friday 6th October we worked with other organisations to put on a North Tyneside event on mental health and the theme was 'Survive, Thrive, Be Alive'. We were delighted that young people from Phoenix DYP worked with us to produce a film for the event and Liam wrote and recorded an amazing song titled 'tomorrow'.

If you would like more information or to speak to Mike, Becky or Luke you can call in to the office or contact us via facebook or the website.
