The Phoenix DYP celebrated recieving funding by having two members of the Rainmaker foundation visit the project, They witnessed some of the things that we do at the PDYP and also got to witness on

Limited Edition is formed of 8 members. Through the PDYP we have been on a residential to Withaugh park for a weekend. We done activities from water walking to a 300 meter zip wire.

Young people have been meeting with the residents of Chirton Lodge on a weekly basis, to take part in a knitting group.

Today a big group of the young parents group went along to the sea life centrein tynemouth with the PDYP and we had alot of children there, 15 altogether and 11 mums and dads.

The Phoenix DYP took part in a Street Jam in the Basketball Court at the Parks Leisure Centre. We had a good turnout with local graffiti artists and rappers showing off their skills.

Performers from the Phoenix went to the M.I.N.T event recently. Gino, a local rapper had the audience in the palm of his hand with his self penned lyrics and stage presence.
