well, as i sit here on a Tuesday morning with the grey skies of autumn creeping in (mike would say im being very poetic with that one) i have had a chance to look back at the PDYP Summer 2018 and can say without a shadow of a doubt, it was epic.
So here we go. I'm about to attempt to cram 4 days worth of events into one small blog. so lets start with the basics:
Well its here, Easter and the start of the new year for the PDYP. We had a busy and fun 2016 and 2017 is looking like its going to be another good one for us.
We are delighted that one of the Helping Hands groups is working with Gail from Happy Planet Creative Arts.
The first year of the Phoenix Construction Scheme is currently coming to an end. The young people involved are currently on placement and it is going extremely well
Mike, Steve and the organ group went on a went on a residential on the weekend of February the 24th.
We tried something new on Wednesday after another piece of partnership between Sport North Tynesides Club 1 and the PDYP.
Well it's the end of January and we have already had our first residential of 2017, meaning we are better at organising residentials than we are blogs.
